This is a coaching programme for leaders who are done with the performance. Who suspect, or know, that they are neurodivergent. And who want to lead from their own operating system rather than borrowed code.
Most leadership coaching assumes a neurotypical leader operating in a neurotypical environment. It teaches executive presence, strategic communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience. All valuable. All built for a brain that processes information in a particular way.
If you are neurodivergent, that coaching asks you to learn techniques that work against your biology. "Hold eye contact." "Think before you speak." "Sit still in the meeting." "Network at the drinks reception." Every instruction is a small act of self-suppression.
Your brain consumes 20% of your body's energy with no reserve tank. When you spend that energy performing a version of leadership that contradicts how your nervous system actually works, you are running dual processing on a finite fuel supply. Eventually, the tank empties.
What looks like "executive burnout" is often metabolic bankruptcy. And it is not a sign that you need better time management. It is a sign that you are leading from a blueprint that was never written for you.

There are plenty of leadership programmes. There are plenty of neurodiversity coaches. Almost nobody addresses the intersection.
