My coaching does not start with "how do I fix myself?" It starts with the truth: The diagnosis explains the pain, but it does not define the person.

A lot of (maybe most) neurodiversity support stops at accommodation. They teach you how to ask for a quieter room, or how to use a planner so you don't look disorganised. They help you navigate the old world more quietly.
I do something different. I help you find your own rhythm and design a life that fits you.
As a coach, I use my own, unique, framework built on three distinct layers of expertise:
Deep Understanding
A profound grasp of how neurodivergent minds actually work, the science of sensory processing, energy cycles, and nervous system communication.
Life Architecture
The practical understanding of how your surroundings (home, office, schedules) can either drain you or fuel you. I apply architectural logic to your personal world, creating spaces that support your biology rather than fight it.
Energetic Practice
A belief that logic alone cannot heal. We use gentle energy work, somatic regulation, and inner alignment to clear the heavy static of shame so you can think clearly and feel light again.
